IRIQ Prediction Terms of Use

1. These terms

These terms apply to the IRIQ Prediction Android app and the IRIQ Prediction web dashboard. They add to the general IRIQ AI Terms of Use; where they differ, these product terms apply to IRIQ Prediction. How we handle personal data is described in the IRIQ apps privacy policy.

2. Research only, not advice

IRIQ Prediction provides market research, education and simulation. It does not provide investment, trading, tax or legal advice, recommendations or portfolio management, and nothing in the app is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or commodity. Signals, forecasts, AI analysis and evidence reports can be wrong, incomplete or delayed. IRIQ does not claim a validated accuracy or profitability for any signal. Past or simulated results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

3. No orders; paper trading

IRIQ Prediction cannot place, modify or cancel real orders. TradeLab is paper trading: positions, fills, charges and profit or loss are simulated and have no monetary value. Simulated results do not reflect real market impact, liquidity or execution.

4. Market data and broker accounts

• Live data comes from a broker or data account that you connect (for example DhanHQ). You must be entitled to use that account and must follow its terms.
• IRIQ uses the connected session only to read market data for your requests, and never sees your broker password, PIN or TOTP.
• Data can be delayed, unavailable or stale. The app labels its source and freshness, and IRIQ does not guarantee availability.

5. Free and Premium

Free and Premium features are described on the IRIQ Prediction page and in the app. Your plan is decided by the IRIQ server. Paid plans, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase. No plan enables real orders or removes the safety rules.

6. Advertising and rewarded credits

• IRIQ Prediction shows ads from Unity Ads, for free accounts and, currently, for Premium accounts too, with the same limits and ad-free screens.
• Rewarded videos are optional. A credit is added only after the ad network's servers confirm the video and IRIQ verifies it. Each credit pays for one AI Analysis on any plan; a failed analysis returns it. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and never change a signal, risk check or permission. IRIQ may change or end rewarded credits.
• You must not watch, click or interact with ads artificially, automate them, or try to obtain credits fraudulently. IRIQ may remove credits obtained that way.

7. Beta software and downloads

IRIQ Prediction is beta software and may change or stop. Install it only from the IRIQ Prediction page and check the published SHA-256 checksum. Builds from other sources are not supported.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse IRIQ Prediction: no scraping or reselling of data or signals, no attempts to bypass plan limits or security, and no use that breaks the law or exchange or broker rules.

9. Liability

IRIQ Prediction is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, IRIQ AI is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate, delayed or unavailable data, signals or simulations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
