Fastest: delete it in the app

If you still have IRIQ Capture installed, this is instant and needs no waiting on a request:

Have an account (signed in with email or Google)? Open the app → Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. This deletes your credit-ledger records permanently, irreversibly anonymizes your AI activity-log entries (see "What gets deleted" below), and then deletes your Firebase sign-in account. Photos and scans saved on your device are not touched — remove those yourself (see below).
Never created an account? If you've used a cloud AI feature (like Background Removal) without signing in, the app keeps a small anonymous usage record. Open the app → Settings → Delete Usage Data to remove it and retire that identity — shown only when one exists.
Local scans, on either path: clear the app's storage (Android Settings → Apps → IRIQ Capture → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app.

Don't have the app anymore?

Send us a deletion request below. Because this is a request made outside the app, we verify you actually control the account before deleting anything — typically by replying to you at the email address you give us here and confirming it matches what's on file for the account, sometimes with a short follow-up question. We aim to respond within a few business days.

This form never asks for your password, any Firebase sign-in token, or a Google Play purchase token — we never need those to process a deletion request, and you should not send them to us or anyone else claiming to need them.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently: your credit-ledger records and, for a named account, your Firebase Authentication sign-in record.
Anonymized, not deleted outright: AI activity-log entries (which tool was used, how long it took, success/failure) — the account identifier is irreversibly replaced with a shared, non-identifying value; the entries themselves are kept for aggregate reliability and cost analysis across the whole platform, with no automatic expiry today.
Not affected by any deletion path: photos, scans, and documents saved on your own device — those are under your control only (see "Fastest" above), and Google Play's own purchase/subscription records, which Google retains independently of IRIQ.
